With nearly a decade of combined experience in property & casualty insurance, risk management, financial analysis, real estate, and project management, Victoria Tate brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to the commercial real estate industry. She specializes in the office and industrial asset classes, helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence. Victoria’s professional accomplishments include contributing to secure $30 million in capital raises within the Community Development Finance Institute (CDFI) space and underwriting nearly $20 million in commercial real estate transactions. This blend of finance and real estate expertise allows her to provide clients with comprehensive strategies that balance risk management with long-term growth opportunities. Guided by a client-centric and transparent philosophy, Victoria is deeply committed to creating pathways for wealth building. Outside of her professional work, Victoria is a devoted mother of two beautiful children, ages 8 and 5, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
