Onaje Harper

Onaje Harper is a Director on the TVB Commercial Advisors team and serves a VP of Corporate Growth for The Vibe Brokerage. In addition to the 7+ years working in commercial real estate, he leverages 20 years of experience within data-driven leadership and resolution techniques to listen attentively to clients and craft solutions that allow them to focus on their core business. Harper credits his attention to detail and strategy to his undergraduate research and work in both secondary and higher education. His graduate work and pursuit of his CCIM designation have equipped him to effectively employ market and economic intelligence to serve the client’s stated vision and goals. Throughout his career, Harper has worked with and led teams to enhance service and significantly improve outcomes. Harper has served on nonprofit boards and worked with external partners to deliver results and bring ideas to fruition. Harper and his wife of 22 years live in Rowlett, Texas, with their 12-year-old daughter. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, golf, swimming and traveling.
