Beginnings After earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management and being a 4-year letter winner as a Division I football player at the University of Tulsa, Jeremy launched into a career in banking, helping customers secure both home and business loans. He quickly established rapport and developed strong relationships with the clients he served, learning the foundational financial skills that would serve him well in the world of real estate. This same love of relationship-building eventually led him into full-time ministry, first as an associate pastor and then as a lead pastor. While this work was incredibly fulfilling, Jeremy sensed that his long-term calling was to serve others in a business environment. That entrepreneurial spirit, combined with his deep passion for people and problem-solving, led him into the commercial real estate space—where service, strategy, and stewardship intersect. Work & Skills In commercial real estate, Jeremy found his true professional niche. As a Broker-Associate, he has helped clients with a wide range of services including buyer and tenant representation, landlord leasing, site selection, investment analysis, property disposition, and strategic advisory. Jeremy combines his academic background in marketing and business with real-world experience in banking, finance, and organizational leadership to deliver tailored real estate solutions. Whether assisting a small business in securing its first retail space or advising investors on value-add acquisition strategies, Jeremy is known for his analytical approach, clear communication, and relentless commitment to client success. He specializes in office, retail, and flex industrial properties and has a growing footprint in church and nonprofit real estate consulting. Jeremy approaches every transaction with diligence and care, always seeking to align his clients’ space decisions with their broader mission and growth goals.
