As a Project REAP alumna, Ren is grounded in institutional-level commercial real estate training and brings a disciplined, process-driven mindset to her work. Her experience leading cross-functional initiatives across regulated and service-focused environments allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline decision-making, and maintain momentum throughout the transaction lifecycle. Outside of work, Ren enjoys line dancing and spending time with family and friends.
